Our litigation services span simple two-party lawsuits, construction and real estate disputes, will and trust contests, multi-party business disputes, and serious personal injury and wrongful death suits. We mediate, arbitrate, and have tried cases in all Bay Area counties and federal courts. Our litigators are both skilled trial attorneys and negotiators.
With the retirement of our most senior estate planning partner, the firm no longer practices in the area of wealth planning and/or taxation, wills and trusts for estates and families, testamentary document preparation, trust funding, and trust and probate administration.
Our emphasis has shifted to business consulting and advice, transactional work and litigation.
