Defense of Successor Trustees in Trust Contest Claiming Undue Influence

Our Estate, Trust and Probate Litigation team defended against a trust contest against successor co-trustees from extended family who claimed that the co-trustees had manipulated their deceased mother to change the terms of the trust to reduce the inheritance of the extended family members.
