Broken Leg on Trampoline – $750,000 Settlement

Tom Keating was able to obtain a $750,000 settlement just before jury selection for an 8-year-old Sonoma County girl who suffered a serious leg fracture through the growth plate of her left femur. The settlement was structured so as to provide her more than $1 million over her lifetime.
