Bicycle Accident – $250,000 Settlement

Jerry came around a curve on Mount Tamalpais on his bicycle to find that a pickup truck and chipper were blocking both sides of the roadway. He left the roadway in order to miss the chipper and crashed on the side of the road. Tom Keating hired an investigator and found that the pickup was owned by a tree trimmer. Jerry’s claim was settled after suit was filed for the $250,000 insurance policy limits.
