ADA Suit Defense – Commercial Medical Suite Property

Our real property litigation team successfully negotiated an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) suit brought against our client, an owner of a commercial medical building in the City of Greenbrae. Plaintiff’s law firm was a noted serial ADA lawsuit firm which demanded extensive changes to our client’s medical building, claiming numerous violations of building codes for handicapped accessibility.
