Our client slipped and fell at a shopping mall. We contended on her behalf that she suffered injuries to both knees in the fall. The insurance carrier for the shopping mall owner maintained that the mall was not responsible for the accident and that her knee problems were the result of a series of previous injuries and operations on both knees.
