We represented a Bay Area corporation and its CEO against an employee claim of failure to pay overtime and vacation pay. The claim included punitive damages and attorney’s fees. Our client made a reasonable settlement offer and we took the case to trial. At the conclusion of the trial we were able to obtain a judgment in our clients’ favor whereby our client was awarded costs of suit.
