
		Peter A. Kleinbrodt, is the Managing Partner of Freitas, McCarthy, MacMahon & Keating, LLP. He has represented clients in a broad range of business and real estate matters with extensive litigation and transactional experience serving clients in Europe, Asia and North America. Among Mr. Kleinbrodt’s professional membership’s are the Marin County Bar Association, for which he has served as Chairman of the Insurance and Entertainment Committees; the Association of Defense Counsel; Consumer Attorneys of California; various sections of the State Bar of California including the Litigation Section, Real Property Section and the Business Section, as well as various committees such as the State Bar of California Committee on Rules and Procedures, and the Committee on the Administration of Justice. He has been appointed to preside as Judge Pro Tempore, Commissioner, Arbitrator and serve on numerous settlement panels in the Superior Court for the State of California, County of Marin.
